Default Alternator on 2000 Windstar

Has anybody changed one of these? Is it hard to do? I need to try and change on tonight, just wanted to be sure I'm prepared.

Its really easy, Looking on alldata it seems the same as a 98, which i did in about 45 minutes including putting a new belt on. It is kinda hard to get to the tenionor, probably need an extra set of hands. According to alldata .4 hours for warranty, and .7 hours for regular. 3 15mm(i think) bolts facing striaght up, I bolt for power cable, and 1 plug that pops right out.

Done, and that was easy! But yeah, the tensioner you need to get to it from the bottom, and somebody has to take the belt off from the top, so I had my 10 year old Nephew to help

i think the 3.0 drops from the bottom, and its a weird position so be able to get it out
