Talking SOLD - Built Dana 70 rear, discs, 4.56, SOA CJ

I'm considering selling my CJ-8's D70 because I now have bigger shit to run in the rear (if you can believe that).

It has a nice, smooth underside compared to a 14-bolt and has a good amount of material that can be shaved off the diff, as well. All work done by Koz. Specs on mine:

- 35 spline full-floater, from a Dodge motorhome. I forget the year, but can provide the BOM
- Completely rebuilt with all new bearings/seals, zero miles.
- Disc conversion
- Rotated shock mounts for clearance
- SOA spring pads for CJ/YJ
- Still has original 4.56 open gears in it
- 65.75" WMS-WMS

They are the same Chevy units as in the D60 pictured - just off the edge of the photo.

If you're expecting to get more than that for one of those, I think you'll have a hard time doing so here as long as that deal exists in Completed Sales. I also purchased one from UORC fro $600 a while back and then returned the favor by selling a kingpin unit to them at a very good price.

Next time do some research here before you decide to make an ass of yourself. If you think your shit is made of gold, your best bet will probably be eBay.

I will also trade this axle for a 79-87 SRW Chevy D60 front, 4.10, kingpin, complete with lockouts. No balljoint or Dodge axles.

I'll also consider a matched set with a 14b FF equipped with a LSD, as this would be for a tow rig that does not necessarily need a locker. I already have the rear, but its open.
