I had it at Dealer, they did not discolse any scaner codes. Just said it had over heated at 1 time and teh seals are hard and needs to be rebuilt.
Not sure how they know seals are hard with out takeing it apart but that is all they said. They did run some sort of scanner .. I think it was the DDR II. The turning the key 3 times did not reveal any codes.
Fluid looks and smells fine, I have changed it and filter about every 30k cuz I know how bad Dodge transmissions are.

My trans has acted like that at times (Hmm, rebuilt 48RE, I think..). LOL, I was 3.5 quarts low on fluid.

mine did that...then decided to take a crap in the middle of a busy intersection... sucked having to get out and push my 1500 with morning rush hour traffic going around you.
