Local place near me has always seemed to do well and not give me any BS...they arent a chain though so maybe that helps

some of those people shouldn't be working there.


sometimes they forget one of the important steps in changing your oil... like putting the plug back in tight enough it won't leat but not to tight that you strip the threads.

the place here has a sign that says they arn't responsable for oil plugs that arn't on tight or leaky plugs or over tightened plugs

michigan's law doesnt require them to have any certifications, just like any tire shop. when i was in automotive school a couple years ago the state was trying to get some sort of general service training in effect, dont know what became of it.

Those bastards ar iritating. The company I work for trades sercies with a local oil change, sometimes they can be difficult customers. So the last time I was their I had them double check a burned out light that they Missed. The manager of the oil change wrote the kid up. The manager asked me why I said something. I told him I don't have my lights checked usually, but I knew one was out and I knew the dip would miss it and he also has been a pain my ass at my company b4.
