i believe they ran a 2 wheel drive bike at the dakaar ralley last year. pretty cool. they also had geoff aron ride one at the endurocross but he did not fair good.

Bet it handles kinda messed up. Not really much sliding around corners with that

Christini started making AWD mountainbikes years ago and I believe you can buy an AWD CRF250 from them right now.

yes there was a 2 wheel drive bike back around then. not sure exactly when made but i have seen them a couple times. the link is below describing it. http://www.rokonworld.com/history.html

They had a Christini in the Red Bull Hare Scramble in Erzberg Austria a couple years back. I bought my son quite a few of the Moto XXX and a few Nytro Circus videos. I am sure it showed the bike grinding up a hill that no one else could make. Pretty cool actually.
