Default Need Help with Selling Motorhome

I need to sell my motorhome and I'm wondering if anyone has an area in which to display and sell it. We can work out a deal as I want to make sure it is beneficial to the both of us.

It's BIG. 37 foot (measures about 38 1/2 feet).

Living in Metro detroit where the MH is almost as long as my driveway, and the homeowners association is against it, make it very difficult for me.

Right now it is located in Kalkaska, but I plan on bringing it home when the snow breaks (April).

Thank you,

AWK

I have room for it at my house, but I don't live on a main road. It would at least be closer to you, but you don't have your location in your profile.

did you put an ad in autorv.com? That lil paper moves allot of vehicles very quick. Not so sure how quick they turn over motorhomes, but most cars and trucks are only in there for a week or two. I think you pay only once to it sells.

Sorry our yards are small in grosse pointe, and it would never fit lol and we have more rules than you can imagine about what you can have in your yard. You gotta find a business that will let you park it on a main road.

craigslist.com is another good resource for free online advertising.

It was on the Craiglist and many other RV websites. It's on MJ, or it was. I have been lax on the advertisement lately because it's up north, 247 miles away. In April I plan on making a media blitz. I like the motorhome, but the cabin expenses getting out of hand. I would love to find a business or something like that that has traffic, because I think it will sell itself. I bought it when it was sitting on M-59.

I'll get together some flyers, that would be helpful

Thank you,

AWK

awk did you put it in the autotrader and autorv.com the stuff in ther really moves fast, lots of cars and trucks i have called on the day after the paper version comes out, they are already sold. If you are making payments on it and it is just sitting there i would very strongly recomned you try them both, you just pay once and both have more readership than most any web classifieds. Might as well put the ads in now also since they run until the vehicle sells, then you can adjust the price a little if you are not getting lots of calls. Also just get it to the tri county area so people can go look at it even if you just park it next to pavement pounders pole barn.

I will do this. It makes it very difficult when it is up-north. I can't show it, nor do I know any neighbors (yet).
