There was panic in her announcement - her team is clearly worried that Obama is has the lead and is building momentum. They also realize that Hillary is at her peak, support-wise.

I really think the could blow this opportunity! Regardless of all the media's lovefest, Hillary is unelectable (too much baggage, not to mention the whole woman thing). Hillary's blind ambition will lead her to burn Obama (the front-runner who brings nothing to the table besides ambition and charisma), leaving Edwards. Edwards is a more-rounded, seasoned, and electable package - although it will require the to pick a pale male over a woman and partially-black guy, something they'll struggle with ideologically.

It's easy to be popular by being anti-bush(anti-war), every Democrat is doing that. It's not going to be enough to make him a good president. You could say the same for Hillary.

The leftist media sure loves them both though and because the vast majority of Americans believe what they are told on TV, it's entirely possible one of them could win. Still it's hard to believe that this country is ready to elect anyone who isn't A)white B)a man. There is a lot of small minded people running around with a voter card and they aren't afraid to use them.

BTW: Obama was born in Hawaii making him a natural citizen and able to run for president.

I love it...too many "good" Democrats...they're all going to cancel each other out...hard to believe that Edwards or Kerry have the best chance this time around.

Hill voted for the war. I don't know what makes a good president but I do think W is a prime example of a bad president so at least Obama can learn from the current administration.
