Few updates:
RE Trackbar + Bracket
Axle truss
Stiffeners done

Now I'm packing and heading up to silver lake sand dunes. For 2 weeks. I don't know if the jeep will make it up there. It broke down on a trip to grand blanc. Front caliper froze up. That was my first parking lot fix. Now I got to drive 3 hours to sand dunes. Hope I don't have to use the two bar.

Well she made it. All the way there... And back. She flew in the air a couple times at the dunes. Broke off my truss on the drivers side. I hope to get a video of her jumping off my dads go pro. I think I got somewhere of 3-6 feet of air off the ground. At the rear tires. Came down like a pillow. Not really.

So I think that every guy with a rig that isn't finished. Sits down. Looks at his masterpiece and think. " nope that can't work"

Well I have the same thought. My rear fenders/ wheel wells. They were just annoying me on how hacked up te cut and fold job was on them. So I caut them all out. Or atleast the outer part of the wheel well. Now I'm tack welding sheetmetal all the way around. 22 gauge. And bondowing it to keep from rusting. And to smooth it out. Then paint it with spray paint. And save up for rear quarter armor and my tire carrier project. I think some of you will like my idea.

Some of my plans for the future:

HP dana 44. Front

Ford 9 or 60 rear. (Haven't decided. Any suggestions would help)

35s

Hybrid cage and Exo. I got an imagination so this would be interesting.

Stroker

Dana 300 or 205.

Flat belly skid

So I guess you could call that the extreme
Part of this build.

I've been throwing around the idea of coilovers for awhile now. I was wondering if anyone had experience with them on Cherokees. I've looked at all the builds with coilovers and the coilovers bible on pirate. But I have something alittle different I think,

I wanna keep the jeep at 3.5-4" of lift with 1/2 ton axles. I was thinking 14" coilovers. Little going through the hood. With 5-6" of up. 7-8" of down travel. Or should I just settle down and get 12" coilovers and have 50/50 with 6" up and down?

I'll only have 35s on it.

Yes this is overkill. I know. I don't really care.

Coil-overs are great. Huge improvement over the coil springs. But don't think you can just bolt them on and be good. Coil-overs will need tuning. You can search under my name for my build thread for some ideas.

I've looked at your jeep so many times. Given me lots of ideas. I love right down a couple streets from you actually. I understand they won't be bolt on. I can fab up mounts and tune them after awhile. I guess I just gotta go get axles and some coilovers and mess around with stuff.

Updates. Been awhile. I turned 16, got my license and pepper has been daily driver since December. Running good, found a hole in my radiator today tho, gotta fix that.

Anyway, a state cop pulled me over a couple weeks ago, here's why:

Tired sticking out to far
Windshield cracked
Speedometer off
Exhaust to loud

I got a new windshield, and I bought rustysoffroad steel fenders, which I hate, but it's better then $1,000 in fines. So whatever, I plan to get spacers to make it look better.

Plan to get a full exhaust, Gibson hopefully. Fix my gas mileage. And computer running, to fix my messed up trans timing.

Speedometer, well that can wait.

There are numbers on the side of the housing as to what position it goes in as it's offset. The hold down bolt on the clamp is where you center the housing. The locks on the clamp does the rest.

Yeah, I just don't have the right one, and I went broke buying those fenders. So it kinda has to wait.
