Default 2002 Jeep TJ

I purchased this Jeep from a member on here a couple years ago. Over the past couple years, I didn't do much but drive it. In April I decided to dump some cash into it and make it more of a capable rig.
Upgrades:
Dana 60 Currie Rock Jock rear axle, 5.38 gears and a Detroit locker
Dana 44 G2 front axle with chromemoly shafts, e-locker & 5.38 gears
Rubicon Express 5.5" extreme long arm lift
Genright EXT gas tank
Metal Cloak rock rails, rear corner guards & 6" flares
39" BFG Krawlers.

Just returned from Drummond Island and put this thing thru the "break in" period. Deep water holes & rock climbs on Turtle Ridge ... no issues.

70+ miles of trails over 3 days ... no problem. The stock 4.0 had enough power to get me up and over all obstacles. HOWEVER ... I will be doing an engine swap this winter. Thinking of going with a Ford 5.0 just to be different.

Here's a couple pics. Before when I bought it, and after the upgrades on DI

Nice looking rig......definitely shouldn't have bothered with the D44 front though.

Al, it's sitting next to yours at Rich's and it's not much taller than yours on the rollers. You throw your 40's on there I think you will be taller!

For the record i was speaking from "my opinion".
i had no intention of slamming you or starting a debate...
But since thats the way its heading...

Ill bring my 40s over and mount them on.
And ill leave out the motor/trans/tcase/driveshafts/fuel system/radiator/winch, all of which are currently not in it.

I'm not taking your comment as a slam. I know it's tall, but it still fits (barely) in my home garage so it's a smidge shorter than 7' with the 39" tires on it.

Pic of the TJ in action on Drummond Island. Turtle Ridge upper section and then down in the lower section ... very wet down there!
