Does it have an alarm/remote start? I have removed lots of these over the years because of no start issues. (Just a possibility).

Is Trish going to Northern? My mom teaches there.

Next: Confirm spark. Pull a coil pack out and put a test plug in it. Make sure you ground the plug or you will get a false failure. Confirm steady power at one pin of each coil pack. These coils are ground controled so the hot side will not change. If power is confirmed here, check the injectors for signal. The injectors are also ground controlled so the easiest way to test them is with a noid light. If noid light is not available, a small test light can be used. Put clamp end in one terminal and the pointed end in the other. It does not matter which way you place the test light. If no signal for coils or injectors, you will need to find a scanner with a data stream to see the various sensors and if they are operating correctly.

It does have remote start, was on it when we bought it. How is this removed?
Yep, Northern, what's your mom teach?

I have someone coming today after work with a scanner directly from Chrysler.....He's bringing test lights as well. I'll have him check what you've mentioned....beyond my comprehension.....I learn hands on and watching.....Altho I know the parts and basics of what you are saying.....beyond my comfort zone unsupervised.

#'s did not drop when cranking and filled bottle no issue.

The bracket could go on either way....its a blind fix...seriously easy mix up in my book. I could barely reach my little hands back in where it is mounted, was just thankful for the help and didn't question placement.

Just happy she is good to go........

She will have a blast. I can't think of a better town to spend 4-5 years in when you don't have to be a responsible adult. Especially if you enjoy the out of doors.
