The insurance should give you money for the parts you just purchased if you show receipts. You have to fight for it though.

God I hope not. I'm not sure where the lies start in this and where they end, but I'd be surprised if there was even work done.

Take the bus. Stop with the justifications. Sue if you can. Carry on and trust no one on the road. Women or otherwise.

Wow this is some good morning entertainment. My DD is a 2002 non-turbo Subaru Impreza with a rebuilt title. I thought insurance was crazy at $85 a month for PLPD or $135 for full coverage. For obvious reasons I opted for PLPD.....and then I hit a tree going backwards at 25mph
The $600 has GOT to be for 6 months.

I've never seen the OP drive, but I did see how he parks the truck in his avatar. I'm not sure how or why he ended up at a 45 angle to the gas pump, but it makes sense after reading this thread

You can sue anyone for almost anything.
if you have a chance to win, a lawyer will take your case.
if you have no chance, no lawyer will take your case.
ask a lawyer what he thinks.
if you had plpd insurance on a car u liked, you are not very smart.
plpd is for "disposable" cars.

Don't get another shitbox that won't survive a hit. Especially since you can't afford it.

You scare the living shit out of me. I have no idea how you have not wrecked. You have calmed down in recent years though.

Edit: I do recall you running head on into a stump at speed....
