Yeah on the truss as close to springs as I could, and mounted them the same way I had them in the jeep...not super satisfied with that part but it worked before. .?

Bumps showed up today...awesome. .tracking showed Tuesday? ?? So BONUS !

The rear is complete! Ready to rock, working on some other little things I have not had time to do.
Here is the final stance.

Looks like it's setting higher in the rear, it is by 1"..figured springs will settle out that much?

Now working on my other list.
Fix upper windshield channel (done)
Bleed brakes (done)
Snug up trans lines at transmission
Tie shock hoops to cage ( have to see if Kyles got 3-4 feet of tube) or grab some on Monday from central.
Install fluid holder, and put lid on rear section behind seats. (Keep the tools, fluids etc..Inside the jeep)
Fix my drivers side front fender...it's stupid looking. ..
N top all my fluids off.

Since I can't make twizted this weekend, and next weekend is father's day, I'm planning on doing a test run at rocks and valleys the 21st. :)

Did some quick screwing around with the cherry picker, I'm pretty happy with how well it flexes.

Got it quite a ways off the floor. More than my leaf springs, by a few inches.

Looks like my bump stop math worked out pretty much perfect. May be a little tight, but Better than the leaf springs. That's as far as it will go..There is actually about 1/4" gap..picture doesn't show that. :)

Test drive!!!

Jeep goes down the road like a champ. Steady, and I think it has less body roll than it did with the leaf springs.
Woot!

Took it out to TJ's smokehouse for a little shakedown...seems to work excellent.
Things I noticed,
My power steering pump can't keep up with the quick turning orbital for very long, may need to trade up an orbital, or get a higher flow pump.
Need to shave the bottom of the frame off. The lower link bends around it at full stuff, (knew that already though)
Othern that, she works awesome! Can't wait to hit rocks and valleys with it!

Took the kiddo for a spin around the block today with it, sure did lift her spirits while she was riding shotgun, strapped in the harness, instead of the car seat. She was ooohin and ahhhin, and pointing the whole ride...loving it!
Maybe with some phone books she can do the powder puff run!

Going to start trimming the rear of the frame around the lower links tomorrow, they hit a little at full stuff. The aluminum bends around it though. :)
Who knows what about power steering pumps? @feva4u ?
My stock gm 6.0 one is brand new and seems to get too hot when doing a lot of maneuvering? Which then burns the fluid, boils it and makes it hard to turn...with full hydro..SE ram. Even with a descent size cooler...9x11? And a 1 quart resevoir. ..will a PSC out perform the stocker by alot? Or not?
Don't want to get a psc one if it ain't gunna fix my issue.
Any one gots some insight?
