Default Need Bumper install help/welding - Ford Expedition

I found the one place offering a bumper for my year expedition - and now I have the bumper and winch, but the bumper needs to be welded in place. I live in North Macomb county - but would travel if there's a shade-tree or a mechanic shop who can help with the install; I can do the removal of the OEM parts, and drive the truck with parts to the place.

One place - Mumbly's - is booked till mid-july.

Update: Thursday I made an appointment with a guy close to me. Thank you very much, however!

Welded in place? Wouldn't you rather a bolt on set up, so it could be removed if need be...

The brackets get bolted to the frame, then bumper welded to them. Not sure why - just reading the instructions.
