Not without putting it up on a hoist and seeing where it is leaking from. It may be nothing but if it was me, I would ask them to put it up in the air so I could inspect it. The oil filter is on the top of the engine btw. My wife has a 2012 the she likes driving. It gets 18 mixed and mid 20s on the eway.

The other concern would be that the 2011's had some cylinder head issues. Other than that they are pretty solid imo. Have them check it out for sure.

my 2012 JKU with 3.6 v6 has a recall for power steering hoses, maybe they are leaking on this? might be covered under same recall and not replaced yet?

I had this problem. I eventually discovered that I ran out of wheel bearing fluid.
