i have a buddies oil pan and motor mounts for the conversion.....he's selling them, search B2Bomber

you pretty much need a different trans, tcase, 302 oil pan, motor mounts, exhaust and pretty sure a 2" BL to make it fit

I've done 5 302 swaps and 1 351w swap into rangers,bronco2's,and explorers. I can do the whole job for you or try to talk you thru it as you go. I would definately recomend going with the 3" body lift though. Rich

do you haft to do the 3in lift.

id like to keep it stock hight sence it is gust a 2wd truck
i want to make a nice sleaper out of this truck

Be prepared to do a fair amount of bending back the area around the bellhousing, you can make it fit, but barely. I ended up using the 6 ton bottle jack and my parents sitting in the cab to weigh it down enough to bend it. AND I even used the larger housing for a truck. You'll also need to take much more out of the air box. I didn't do a body lift on mine, and actually my middle body mounts are starting to collapse in on themselves

I posted a large write up on doing mine here.

I did 2 a long while back before there was fast internet and lots of write ups and good digital cameras.. What a pain in the ass on one. Did a 2wd and a 4wd. The 2wd we didn't do the body lift and had to do alot of heating and beating of the firewall to make it fit. I mean a shit ton.
