Default generator to alternator swap

going to swap my generator out of the FC 170 to an alternator. Any idea what vehicle I should look for that would have a small case alternator with a v belt pulley??

Gm 1 wire too big? Pretty common...

Otherwise they make mini ones for drag race applications, unsure of amp output.

I had a 1 wire GM on my my FC150 and it worked out well, however the the 150 has more room in the engine bay. I looked at my 170 and looka like it should work.
