Default 12 valve cummins engine

What's the going price on these these days?

I keep getting people telling me that I'm way overpriced on the engine.

I was saying $1700 with all the accessories, turbo to intake manifold valve covers to oil pan.



I was also saying $1100 for the long block with timing case.

I would say more like 1200$ complete and 7-800 for the long block.....there has been one that falls somewhere between those two as far as completeness on a Facebook classified page i fallow for 600$ that was a running take out and generated 0 interest in over 2 weeks

With more and more P-pump motors hitting the market, the prices on rotary motors has dropped. Anything over $800 for a rotary and you are doing good. P-pump motors are still pulling $1,200-$1,400

Yes pretty much. Since Cummins parts are so pricy, most buyers "In the know" will rarely buy anything less than a "complete assembly"

Yours is a P-pump though right? IMO, $1700 is a good price for a complete p-pump engine with reasonable miles. How many miles are on it? If I didn't have 7 6bt's already, I'd be pretty interested in it. If I was still working up north making bank, I'd likely buy it off you just for a spare or equipment swap.
