What is that gray powder that you have to ignite with magnesium strips? I have a couple pounds of that.

I've always wanted to use it, but for melting metal. but I can try it on a garage.

Thermite.

Easy to make on your own too. Just need rust powder and aluminum powder in the right proportions.

Thermite would not only burn the whole garage down but it would burn a good four foot deep hole in the concrete he's trying to save

Using the iron mixture of thermite (what you should have) it should be burning in the 4500 degree Fahrenheit range depending on the vessel you start the reaction in (high temp pot, etc).

There really isn't anything that can resist that kind of heat.

I also remember when you bought that stuff off ebay a few years ago
