Would this particular electrician and drywaller be interested in side work?

The electrician would for certain, and he may also be able to do drywall in an acceptable fashion. The drywall guy that I know who is very good is no longer looking for sidework but I could probably get him to help me out.

If you want the electricians info let me know and I will get it over to you. (He is my wife's brother in law)
