Default Xj Vibration when accelerating

Had a new/used motor put in my xj,little while down the road noticed my trans and transfer case were shaking. Turned out to be loose trans bolts. Now its vibrateing when I get on it a bit around 2500 rpm.Sounds like "wah wah wah" gets louder and faster if I stay on the gas. Its not as loud in 4wd but still there. Going up hill its louder then normal, had it in 2wd in the snow spun the wheels it didn't do it.. any ideas?

I'd also check the bolts to the torque converter too.(4 of them)

Checked motor mounts driver side was a bit loose..u joints still good. Noticed when I pulled on my drive shaft my t case would wiggle, I'm assumeing that's not supposed to do that

A u joint could be "tight" and still be bad, look for rust coming from one of the caps. you may have to pull the driveshaft and actually move the u joint by hand to see if its binding.

Correct. Must be in neutral, 2 hands, one on each yoke, move, wiggle, twist, push, pull, look for movement.

Well with all the cold temps we have been having up here and not having a garage I took it to a shop, said it wasn't my torqe converter (he didn't check it though) said my joints and everything else looked fine and he thinks its because its lifted..
