Default SRRS at Choccolocco Mtn

I am tentatively planning a trip down to watch this later this month. Has anyone here been down there? And if so any recommendations for lodging?

the drive in is strange, you drive through kind of a high doller subdivision. we stayed at the park campground... nice place lots of things to do for kids zipline play ground shop for t-shirts. hotels with in a few miles with strip club in between that does not sell beer, but you can bring yours in a cooler! that was a first! bad ass trails good maps, lots of side by sides.... have fun

To Choccolocco in Alabama or to the Superlift park in Arkansas ? My GPS says 11.5hrs to Al and 14.8 to Ar. But I am a couple hours south of your location. May change to the Arkansas event the following week as my daughter will be on spring break then and she wants to go.

Arkansas took us 22 hrs to get there because of a ice storm.18 to get home.Alabama there is a couple different ways to get there.2 lane road for a couple hours.
Lot more guys are going to the arc races vs srrs. Arc is paying way better.already full for the second arc race in Tennessee. I'm in that one.might go to flatnast for the second srrs.

We had planned on going last year but that ice storm is what kept us away. Erin what is arc races never heard of that ? They have a website with event dates ?

Thanks , because when I googled it all that came up vehicle related wise, was American Racing Carts. I didn't think he was talking about that.
