I don't think the verdict should indicate the problem, the original post asked who was at fault.

I still vote its the fault of the dealer who fixed the body and made the motor stop working properly.

Dealers hardly ever let the problem become their fault. I've read quite a bit of horror stories. My truck will never see a dealer. Good luck.

Dealer or not, the customer also pull a lot of bullshit moves.

Sucks to repair shit for free when on commission.

Now that I am hourly I will repair anything and not bitch

This is the reason some shops take a lot of photos as soon as its in the shop and washed.

But I know a lot of shit can happen while a car is in being repaired.

These trucks are NOTORIOUS for faulty injectors... how would body work accelerate this extremely well known problem?

i hope when you get it back it doesn't need front bumper and fender, minor hood repair and paint (most likeyly they will have to try out the 4wd to ensure the injector is in good working order)......
