Giovanni's best plate of food I've had in a very very long time locally. No doubt it's in the good but the place is beautiful inside and you cannot ask for better service. Not seafood but well worth it IMO. Average about $50-$60 a person but very good with outstanding wait staff.

Marine city fish company has excellent seafood, but I don't recall if they have alcohol.

Kick the kids out of the house and cook dinner yourself.

You have the skill. Whatever you make is gonna be ten times better than whatever restaurant you go to.

Not really a big seafood place, but quay street brewery has great food and great beer. Or, the vintage tavern which also has excellent food. Both are in port Huron on the black river.

Michael Symon's Roast in Detroit. Not a seafood place, though.
