We don't plan on going anywhere. Within the last couple years we bought 2 new facilities on about 25 acres total. Adding another 30,000 sqft to our warehouse right now to handle growth.

Yeah real good stuff here Matt...

There is still a good amount of engineering talent in this area....just been a tough ride for the last decade.

I'm friends with a couple of your current employees who I talked to about this. I really wish it were closer and more competitive with my current pay
Sounds like damn near my dream job, but I just can't justify almost tripling my commute for a significant pay cut. Good luck with the search, I'm sure people will be begging to get hired in!!

Edit: I don't mean any of the above in a negative way towards BDS at all. Wages seem competitive for an entry level engineering position, and from what I've seen the perks of the job are second to none. Just not a good fit for me to pursue right now unfortunately.

Just another reason to finish my degree. 16 years doing prototype and product dev, etc etc... is meaningless without that damn piece of paper!
