Default Dual Sport Package Deal (Honda XR250L + XR400R)

I planned on selling these bikes for more $$ in the spring, but I thought I'd try and sell them now. I'm kind of sick of tripping over them in my small garage, but I don't have the heart to store them in the back shed. ;)

XR250L w/ clean street title

This is a 1995 Honda XR250L. I purchased it to fix up and re-sell. It was decent when I got it, just needed some odds and ends. I've replaced the battery, changed the oil/oil filter, cleaned and re-oiled the K&N air filter, replaced the chain and sprockets, replaced missing hardware, added a battery tender plug, and just generally cleaned up the bike. The knobs are still good on the tires however there are a few cracks in the sidewall of the tires. It has an aftermarket Cobra exhaust. It has a little over 15k miles, however within the past 3k it had been bored and rebuilt. It spent most of its life as a commuter bike in the city downstate, but was used as a 2 tracker up here in Gladwin Co. for a few years. I just pulled it out this morning and it started on the first kick.

XR400R w/ clean street title

This bike is in great condition for it's age. I bought it from it's original owner last month. He bought it brand new in 98/99 and had the dealership install a Baja Designs Dual Sport kit. The owner said he estimated he may have put 1k miles on the bike in total. Over the years he had removed the turn signals and mirrors. He gave me a box of extras with the bike including the brand new air filter that came with it (He installed a UNI). The box also includes a stock headlight, stock kill switch, stock regulator, the horn and turn signal switch from the BD kit, along with the manual, and instructional manual for the BD kit. The bike also comes with some taller Fly Racing bars. The tires are TrakMaster II's .

The bike has some scratches here and there in the plastic, but nothing major. The tank decal on the other side was blown out and gross(From the gas vapors), so I removed it.

I have since replaced all of the stock parts and removed the baja designs kit. I assume most people would put a plate on and use it to drive to and from the trails. I have all of the parts still and they will come with the bike.

3000$ FIRM.

$1500 for the 250 and $2000 for the 400. I'm confident that's what I can get for them in the spring. feel free to make an offer.

Xr400 sale pending to Curt1656. Would consider trading xr250L for a quad with plow or sportster project.

Feel free to make an offer on the XR250. I would be ok with selling it for less, now, to clear up some room for another project.

:)
