They make a Mount for that truck that bolts right up, I've saw a lot of them on CL and you could resell that one. Wiring can be spliced in and reused if you know what your doing, not too hard.

Should not be any splicing, just different headlight adapters...

Depends on if its an 11 pin or 13 pin harness. The older 11 pin harness plugged direct to bulb without headlight adaptors, 13 pin has headlight adaptors. My 11 pin came off a ford, I just cut the plugs off and spiced it into my obs Chevy and it works as it should. Sorry to clutter up thread, just sharing my experience from putting a boss plow from a ford onto a Chevy.

Its an 05, 13 pin. And some adapters work w different makes, just reversed plugs.

Ok, I will try and get this straight.

Harness is a 13 pin, which means it will work on any 13 pin plow setup, v-plow or straight.
No splicing of any kind is required with a boss setup. You need to only supply power the the plow and key on.
The headlights require an adapter, if you are mounting on a different truck you will need to buy them, usually $30-50 and they easily plug in the harness and headlights.

As stated yes it will. You will need a mount for you year and chassis, easily available used or new, and vary from $200-500 used(used-new) and headlight adapters.
You could have it mounted in less than a day, this plow is IMO one of the easiest to install. Usually the hardest is the mount the wiring is totally encased in loom and 100% wired/terminated with connectors so really no cut and splice required.

A new mount will run you about 500, considering the cost and condition of the f350 mount you should be able to get about $300-350 for it.

Just an option.
