Exactly. There was lots of sarcasm in my post. The posted EVERYTHING he used building his Jeep in a sub-forum titled "Rig Builds and Pics" and everyone jumped in his shit because he doesn't have 100 pages of bullshit and pictures of penis' on his roll bar.

Looks like a nice rig that gets used. Been trying to talk the boss into losing the stock flares on his JK for a few years. They're still on.

Thanks. I was just going to run cut flares vs. spending money on the bushwacker flares but I was going to need to solve the blinker issue anyway so I decided to pull the trigger. So far I like them and would recommend them. Cut flares on a JK are free though. Hard to argue with that.

For all the haters, WTF, a nicely put together rig that is actually used.

Welcome!

Looks like a nice ride. Other than that, I have nothing useful to add.

Thanks for all the welcomes. I'd love to find out about some local (well more local than SD, CO, UT, CA) wheeling opportunities. I'll start digging around the forum and find out what's what.

We have fun places that can keep you occupied but they don't compare to the wide open expanse of the west.

Very nice jk! I've always liked geolanders, I didn't know they made them that big. You do live in Hudson Michigan right?

I like them because they're a big C rated tire. They float like crazy on snow and they do really well on the rocks. Personally I'm not a huge fan of mud but they can hold their own in the goo for sure.

Hudson, WI.

Nice Jeep! Kind of comical how all of the BS comments stopped after the pictures were posted.

Thanks very much. Same stuff happens when I drive out to go wheeling. All the dudes taking their rigs off trailers want me to make sure I have my recovery points and functional winch talking smack about having to rescue my mall crawler. At the end of the day we're sharing stories and drinking beer. I air up while they have to spend another half hour loading up their rigs and call it a day.

Well when you call your build "malls and groceries" and tell us about your quadratec padded arm rest (part number included), people are bound to be skeptical.

Nice looking JK and it's great that you wheel it. Not gonna lie, it cracks me up with all the part numbers, but hey, who knows, if somebody wants to build something similar at least they won't have to search all over the inter webs or ask a bunch of questions like where did you get this or that.
And yes pictures rule on this forum.
