Default Dyno tuning

Hello all,

I am trying to find a shop around Grand Rapids where I can get my dakota tuned after Get my motor done, and installed. I know i can order a tuner, but i would prefer to have it professionally tuned on a dyno.

Does anyone have any good ideas of where i can take it that will dyno tune a dodge, for a reasonable price?

Thanks

-Jon-

I don't know if he can do something that old but it would be worthwhile to call TJ @ Baker Engineering in Nunica.

I have all my tuning done at Pure tuning in Toledo OH. Not sure if they can tune that though.
Give them a call and see.

Dodges are the worst to tune because they don't release their source code for tuners so nobody supports them. Just a heads up. It's not unpossible, but the people that can do it aren't hanging out on every corner. That's what you get for starting with a dodge FI system.

When I was thinking about having some tuning done on a mopar, one of the few that could mess with the computer was B&G.

I never used them, but they were in Warren, as shown here:

CONTACT INFORMATION:
Dave Kaspar

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
"Let B&G Wake up your Magnum's Engine Performance"
We offer complete custom PCM modifications. Using emulators, software, and device programmers, with the latest technology to customize your vehicle performance.

Contact Dave Kaspar for further PCM flash details.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
This is a PCM Flash Service - you must remove the PCM from the fender of your truck, and ship it off to this company for reprogramming. The company will send your PCM back and you must re-install it in your truck.
But now they are in Virginia per their web site. You might contact them to see if they work with anyone local, or if they still have people in Warren.

Good luck.

My truck was dyno tuned on the dyno at Lenger Racing in GR. I know he has tuners just not sure what he has. I have my own tuning software for my truck. Probably worth checkin with Ryan if he can do it.

Yes, I know this, and i really should have built a chevy, but i have a thing for not doing what everyone else does. It sucks, but at the same time, im not going to see 50 or more of my same truck over a weekend at the dunes.

Have you called Lenger? This is your best option.

I havent, i have checked there web site, and they say chevy and some ford models, but i will call them on monday to check.

Port sheldon auto can do it, but it will cost me a lot, cause i have to buy the tuner, then they will tune it.
