These are the cutout style. It wasn't too bad, just time consuming. You might want to go to their website and download the instructions to see what you're getting into.

Had to put in a new t-case. The guy I had pull the damage out, towed it back to my place with his wrecker instead of his rollback. I noticed my front wheels were not engaging in the snow. I found that you cannot tow a Quadradrive with 2 wheels rolling on the ground.

The old t-case oil was black and smelled like burnt clutch.

How is the rack attached? Just welded? This thing is sweet. It'll be a good camper/expedition vehicle for sure?

Summit racing, single stage, satin black. Over epoxy primer.

I used most of the stock roof rail mounts, and added 6 more in the channel.

Nice work. Have a similar story with my wife's 04, a few months after taking full coverage off it. Another driver didn't see my wife or the red light she was stopped at. 40mph bent the chassis at the c pillar and pushed hitch into spare tire well. 1k mini torte...... Great to see other WJs on here. The useable parts went on my 99 and the rest sold/ scrapped.
