I love my prime lens on my D5200... but it does create some challenging shooting in a smaller room indoors. It makes it much harder to get the angle I want.

This was kit lens 18-55 and no flash, no tripod just snapping in auto mode.

I'm trying to remember where the ones I have with the prime lens are, it has taken some really nice shots.

Yeah, I've been wanting to get a 35mm prime, for closer quarters indoors. The 50mm takes such nice soft portrait shots.

I just picked up a Canon FD lens adapter for my T2i. I came across all my father's old AE-1 stuff and there were a couple of lenses I wanted to check out. I am not expecting miracles from them with an adapter.

I just ordered a Rokinon fisheye from B&H. It had a ton of good reviews and is only $239. Plus it will work on FXs.
