Default PAP Handgun 7.62x39mm 30+1

On layaway, I know it's pointless in a real world aspect, I decided on this for a fun cheap gun to shoot.

Neat, but I guess I'd rather wait and see if this push to do away with the SBR/SBS law goes through.

Classified as a pistol and registered as such. Shouldn't be affected.

Not what I meant. I meant that that thing is cool and I had looked at them in the past, but I'd rather have an SBR and will be waiting to see if they become legal here. :)

Ah, I see your angle. Makes sense and I'm on the same page.
Already have my upper build planned if it goes through. 7.62x39 too

What is the advantage to a SBR over a long barrel pistol?

You gain a shoulder stock so it's better to shoot, but lose the pistol designation. With the state rule change last year it would probably just be considered a 'long gun'. No big deal, but if you have a CPL it means you lose a ability to carry it as a pistol if you had any desire to do so (e.g. cannot keep it in the vehicle as a 'truck gun').

Before 2013 you had some options for a shoulder stock to be considered a pistol.

I though Mi law was suppose to change soon. Also, I ordered 1,000 rounds of ammo today, and it is suppose to be here tmw, guess i'll just fondle that until I see the gun in a couple weeks.
