Just picked her up. Just a Hemi but I think a gasser fits my lifestyle better, for as much as I pull my Jeep I couldn't justify the cost difference either.

So far I am very happy.

2500? I like my diesel... haven't towed with it yet but I don't think I'll ever have another gasser if I can help it.

Yes its a 2500. Would love a diesel but I weighed out the options and couldn't justify it. I live less than 5 miles from work so I was also concerned about the diesel for that. So far I have been very happy it has way more power than my previous truck.

Gotcha. I used to live 18 miles from work now its 3.5 miles... I wish it was 4 because my motor would make it up to temp.

What a difference gears make. I pulled the f150 about 20 miles out to wixom at 65 and the truck didn't even down shift once on the freeway. Got to love 4.56's thanks Scott. Now to get my jeep to the mounds.

I was in the same boat as you. I am very happy with my 2500 hemi and the way it tows so far. the breaks, more power, and new 6-speed make it better than my old 1500 hemi.
