he even admitts to the add saying the word photo so how the hell did he get a refund? that is not misleading at all... So if i am a dumb ass and bid I can expect eBay to refund me?

I think the bigger issue is that the kid is 19, has a son old enough to be playing video games.....am I the only one seeing a problem there? and He can afford $740???? Wish I had that kinda cash at 19

Damn. I agree with Sol and Kickstand.

When I was 19, $740 was my weekend party money. It's only been the last few years my income has been lower than I like.

I made bigger purchases before I turned 16. It's called having a good job that you worked hard to get and keep. If you can't make a $740 purchase by the time you are 19 I would say you are a worthless jobless bum.
