Default 4.0 valve cover identification

Where my CCV's are the openings look just like the oil fill cap opening with the notches, but smaller. Need to know what year this was typical to.

Immortal, I am fairly certain you have a 91 valve cover. That year used the twist in style ccv. That style preceded the later round ccv with the rubber grommet.
