Current state:

Also picked up a vintage grill

Box is somewhat mounted, only had some 3/8 allen bolts laying around so thats what it has now. Sometime I'll upgrade to atleast 1/2 inch. The box ended up weighing a shit load once I mounted the toolbox and braced it all up. Picked up some sweet ass 4" LED rounds to cut into the diamond plate for tailllights

Doubler is mounted, I'm not very impressed with copperhead fab doubler mount, I researched that too much instead of just building something. Stupid thing is only 1/4 and looks / feels cheap I ended up boxing the frame so I had a good excuse to buy a miller 375 x-treme plasma. I'll probably redo the entire mounting system at some point and just make some runs across the frame with tube and some tabs

Also mocked up some vintage j-truck laredo seats that were just too cool not to use, cut some 1" pipe and ran across the cab and cut some tabs to the seats, just need to get around to drilling them and burning them in

Building driveshafts now, started with 1350 CVs out of a super duty ford, used some oilfield drill pipe which is around 2.5" ID .217 wall. Bought 1410 spicer slip for the 1.5" OD 16 spline shafts for $60 (look identical to the one high angle uses) I'm probably going to end up pulling the center bearings out of the yoke and going with the neapco replacements. Need to get a final length on the front / rear and cut to length and burn them in and call it good. For flanges on the 205 I used something that northern drivetrain stocks. 32 spline np205 to the ford CV style flange.

Spent yesterday modifying my 1410 eaton yoke....It was setup for straps not u-bolts and the centerlines are completely different so I ended up installing 5/16-24 threaded rod in the holes and offsetting and re-drilling for the u-bolts, turned out pretty good I was always a hack of a machinist anyway.

Still a shitload of stuff to do but I'm not in a hurry
