Not even sure if they are the same , but going to throw this out there anyway. Did you check the connections going into the bottom of the power management (under hood fuse box) ? I had a 94 YJ do pretty much the same thing , replaced all kinds of the usual stuff to no avail and it ended up being loose connections on the underside of the fuse box. Like I said not even sure they are the same but if they are could be your culprit.
