Talking SOLD - 1977 NT Wagoneer, TH400/QT, flat-tops

Runs/drives.

- Good running 4-bbl AMC 360 with full accessories and A/C, good looking oil, no smoke under throttle.SOLD.
- Big hole in driver's exhaust under cab, but makes it sound cool.
- TH-400, Single-speed QT
- Stylish blue plaid interior. Actually not bad if cleaned.
- 6-lug Flat-top NT FSJ D44 front, drive flanges. Deposit taken.
- 6-lug Offset D44 rear. Deposit taken.
- Body is swiss cheese, but still has a lot of good parts (like chrome trim, windshield, etc).
- Has receiver, but have not determined if it has the 3.73 tow ratio
- Driver front fender looks good, but the passenger has rot at the lower rear corner
- Liftgate window wiring works and it started to move, but may just be stuck from time

I drove it from Davisburg to Highland at various speeds and throttle levels and didn't notice anything that scared me other than the shitty ride from old shocks, big hole in the exhaust, and tires that had been sitting for a year.

- $400 for the axles. Deposit taken.
- $500 for the complete motor. SOLD.
- $100 for the TH400/13-39.

Vehicle is Sold.

Yes. The 77 Wagoneer, the 74 J-20 (8x6.5 D60), and the 73 J-4000 (5x5.5 D44) all have offset rears.

It does not appear damaged or banged up in any way. I believe I saw a small crack in one of the turn signal lenses, but that was all. I don't have any pictures of the truck right now.

Umm, you better post a price for the remaining parts otherwise your post will get locked. We can't just make offers around here, its unsafe.

This truck is not worth it for me to nickel & dime. After the motor and axles are gone, its most likely getting forked right on the trailer to go to the scrapyard since it has a valid title. I don't even plan to mess with the TH400/QT. If I don't chuck it right away, the remainder might just end up free until it leaves.

No, I'm keeping the wheels. I should have clarified that.

No problem. I'll just look for some cheap ones. I don't even know what width I need yet.

I'd rather sell the trans and transfer case together if they are to be sold at all, as a QT is a tough sell by itself. $100 for both.

Whats that mean, your keeping them or you don't want to mess with taking them out? I could pull them myself and use all my own tools so its not a problem for you.

Well, u-pull is always easier. This truck is beat up and QT's are always a tough local sell, so I was going to scrap it if nobody was biting. Its a nice change having a few FSJ people around lately.

I might be interested in the whole thing minus the drive train,I will speak to the guy buying the axles(I'm buying his scout housing)about the possibility of trailering the rolling body to my place,& pulling his axles there(he's close to my place)I will call him tonight.

Motor is now gone. Trans and transfer case will be an easy pull.
