Default chevy ttrans/ tcase question

so I have a 93 s10 blazer4x4 Tahoe edition, 4.3 vortec, 4l60e trans.

I have full size axles 12 bolt rear and pass drop 10 bolt front, and a 203 tcase.

whats the best way to mount the 203? can it mount to the back of the 4l60e with modification or a clocking plate? get a different trans? 350,700r4? I realize the 4.3 is identical to a 350, and 4l60e is a newer better 700r4. just wondering what everyone is doing now adays, I did a search and I didn't really get a clear answer that's recent.

You will need the correct adapter but it would be a bolt on deal. They mated the 203 to the TH350 from the factory and that has the same rear mounting as a 700r4/4l60e. If your 203 has the transmission adapter on it already all you need is this spacer from AA. http://www.advanceadapters.com/produ...with-gm-700r4/
