How much gas did you have in your tank? If you were at a 45 degree angle, your pickup was probably not getting any fuel if your tank was low.

i ment to put that lol i had just alittle under half a tank of gas when i picked it up in the morning so i fiqure atleast a half tank

Go to autozone, rent fuel pressure tool, test as described above, return tool get all your money back, buy the fuel pump module if it failed.
