WTB Jeep Scrambler Project. Must have good frame

Hey guys, I am looking for a Jeep Scrambler. I have one right now but the frame shot and beyond repair. So it would be a donor jeep for my future scrambler project. Please let me know what you got are a lead on one. Thanks guys!

I don't have any frames, but as a thought have you considered stretching a YJ or TJ frame? Both are fairly simple to swap under a Scrambler (nearly a bolt up once stretched) and you get a much better build platform then.

That is my plan if I ever own another one, either stretch a TJ frame for the better ride/coils/etc. or go full custom.

But I would like to reuse my drivetrain on my scrambler. I have good money wrapped up on my axle and I hate to start over. Does a narrow track drivetrain fit a stretched out yj frame?

Front probably would. I'm not sure about the rear but I would guess most likely. You'd have to cut and weld new mounts.

And are you rockin a 258? If so that will bolt into a YJ frame.

I saw 3 Scramblers this week on CL. No idea what the condition was but they were $1500-$2500.
