I was referring to refusing the test at the police department. The only thing that will do it net you more consequences. You can refuse that test but the state will still get your BAL from you if they want it. Then you are faced with whatever charges stem from dui/owi on top of refusing the test at the police station. They will drag your ass somewhere to draw your blood if they want.

I did. Did you? If you had, you would point out where or what was wrong. Saying "false"is useless.

Two buddies of mine got OWI's, both were minors. One last summer, he blew a .03 (Night After) and ended up having a take an AA class, Community service, and ~800 in fines. Dumbass got another one this summer but thats a different story.

The other got his recently, and blew a .27 (Again, 4 hours after he quit drinking) and his lawyer is currently telling him to expect to lose his licence for a bit, ~2k in fines, AA, and community service. He ended up tearing up a familys yard and conked out high centered on an imbankment in their driveway. They are both 18, but I dont know how that reflects onto someone who is of legal drinking age or not. Hope that helps some..

My buddy got one almost 2 years ago now. He had to pay about $1500 in fines, a couple hundred more for driver responsibility fees, $1100 court costs, and $4500 for a lawyer (he had some priors).
