Go for a walk in the swamp.

Shot at some ducks, never found the ones I folded. Saw a monster buck though.

Go to the goose festival. What and incredible waste of time. Has it always been that terrible?

What was I thinking, getting kids out side and away from the screens to enjoy nature while challenging them selves on a ropes course 20+ feet in the air...I'm not suggesting you suggested anything, Just conveying a feeling.

What gave me that idea was he said he was at the hospital. What's your point?

Then you're ability to read is worse than I thought it was. It clearly states "been at the hospital since"......

Sounds like a parents job...besides rope courses are designed so people don't fail...where's the challenge in that?

Go with gf to her end of season party at work, a golf resort. We got to eat, drink (and even take home a 10 pack of beers) and drive golf carts around all afternoon. Quite amazing of a day.

Nope, they are designed to manage the risk of failing (and falling for that matter). I guess you are some what right in the fact that they (or those facilitating them) provide an environment where failing is just another step to learning. That failing provides the participant the ability to learn how not to fail and to overcome failure by persevering and reaching thier goals. Once again, what kind of horrible people ask children to do that?

I would love for you to go on ours and tell me it's not a challenge. If you feel you are not challenged, I can make it more challenging. I can still challenge my self in unique ways on a course I've been familiar with for almost a decade.

I built another deer blind from junk I've collected, used satellite dish for a roof, an old deck I tore down for the treated wood, rolled roofing left over from something?

I spent most of Saturday and Sunday building it.

I did end up spending $140 on screws and windows...

My buddies took me out for my birthday last night so I spent most of the day trying to recall what happened after the four horseman shots.

Make awesome food. Apple pie, apple sauce, banana bread, and now crab cakes.

I've got 40 acres enrolled in the conservation reserve program, it is woods, pheasant grass, hay, corn, beans, sunflowers, beets, and other stuff for deer to eat.

This blind is up on a hill 300 yards behind the house.

These are panoramic shots from the cell phone, any bigger and they don't upload...
