Stay away from Barnetts they have a string problem sometimes during sight in.Customer service is really crappy also, and seems to be getting worse from what I hear. I personal shoot a Parker and like it. Parkers are the only one with a silent safety too. Not to mention a lifetime warranty on limbs and such. Ten points are good as well as Darton. Dartons are made here in Michigan as well.

if you want good crossbow that will last an hold up to a beating get a ten point. there well worth the money. I shot a lot of crossbows when I was part of the mossyoak pro staff an there the one's we all liked best.

Don't buy anything in Horton they are gone. They made a good crossbow but parts are nonexistent.

My preference for the best bang for the buck is Excalibur, and I have shot xbow for many years. They are reliable and esy to field maintain. While most of the tour shooters have moved to Ten Point, Excalibur was the industry leader prior to Ten Point coming on the market. If you are going to shoot tour, by all means, go with the Ten Point. If you are looking for a super accurate, problem free, hunting xbow, my suggestion would be to test out the Excalibur.
