Default 07' Suburban brake pads?

Okay, I've done a fair amount of research and I have yet to come up with a definite answer.

I'm going to order brakes for my moms truck. She has a 2007 Chevy Suburban 1500 LTZ.

I can order brake pads WITH or WITHOUT "JL4" (Active Brake Control). I went onto the AC Delco website and typed in her VIN and it looks like as far as brakes go, her truck is VIN #3. It's listed that it will work with both sets of pads. Can anybody confirm this? Maybe the pads are the same? Her truck does not have the RPO code "JL4" and that's what I don't get.

Her VIN is "3GNFK163X7G190995" for anybody that can read it and know about the brakes, cause I sure don't.

Can you guys shed some light on this for me? Thanks

rpo in the glove box will tell you if it has option code JL4 or not. no code means it doesn't have that option. order pads without that option code.
