I'm not really seeing anything special here. Is it more expensive than a Mossberg 590 or Remington 870?

3. Reviews say it's super smooth action and lifetime warranty is very attractive.
4. Jeweled bolt, factory heat shield, speedfeed stock are neat features.
5. Apparently its a dual action bar copy of a Hi Standard Flite King Riot gun....which is supposedly a nice piece.
6. I don't need another HD shottie but this will make a sweet boat gun....or maybe I'll trade it out.

Nice. Once I found out he had won it last night, I told him he already has a nice 12g.. that I NEEEDED one, SO I bought it off him. He went to pick it up today, and there was some machining issues that he found, and a poor fit and finish. After he showed it to them, they let him go through the pile of them, and take his pick of which one he wanted. He ended up with another one, not the one pictured, that was still NIB, and in the factory sealed bag.

I should clarify... I ended up with one NIB, in the factor sealed bag.

That's actually pretty disappointing to hear. On the surface it looked like an awesome 12 gauge. It takes a lot to screw up a pump action set of tubes that throw a cloud of lead and isn't expected to be pin point accurate

If you google rock island M5 it's a pretty common complaint that some of the machining and fit/finish is kinda poor, but the the action is incredibly smooth, and it's a great shooting gun.

Went though this thing this afternoon and shot a few 2 3/4'' home defense rifled slug and 15 3'' 00 Buck shot. Shoot very smooth and accurate at 30 feet.

Very nice!

But what if you feel a bit stabby? What then? You always have to figure that in when choosing a shotgun.
