I just realized I dropped another pant size and so I had to buy more pants. I found a shirt I liked on sale too so I had to get that also. My weight loss is slowing down but I think that's normal as you get smaller.

Mine has too, but is steadily decreasing.
Working stupid hours the past few weeks has also not been helping hate not being able to exercise in the am

The pants i bought in july are now too big as well

I need to find somewhere to sell all my old clothes at.

Officially started today.

318# with heavy work boots and full pockets on work scale. Soon to be wife found a way to get me motivated

The motivation is the hardest part for me. I don't feel that out of shape and I don't look as heavy as I am. I told her I'd drop 30 by the wedding if I tried. We'll see what happens.

I'm on my last belt notch before punching a new one, need to step down a size in jeans, and at the doc in full clothes, boots, and pockets 202.6 #. After eating mexican for lunch!

I'm up to about 1,500 miles run this year and am down nearly 15 pounds, two pant sizes, and even a jacket size.

I haven't had to buy many new clothes yet, but I did need to take nearly all of my dress pants to the tailor to have the waist taken in and legs slimmed down. I do however have a couple of made-to-measure sportcoats coming in and I have a feeling that I am going to be swimming in them and will need them to go back to the factory to be re-cut.

Down 35.5 as of this morning

I am really happy with this because I have not been to the gym in over 2 weeks because I have been so fucking busy with school, and i am still losing weight!!! Getting back to the gym tonight. I have a lot more energy when I am working out so that should help for HW!

Had to buy new shirts. Down 5 belt notches, need new work pant now. I can put them on/off without unbuttoning them.

Awesome work man. Obviously the diet is still on point to keep losing weight without exercise. That's great, most people struggle with that. Keep it up!

I guess I should get in on this... 230 at my last dot physical.
Just bought a total gym, over the last 2 moths I've been managing portion sizes. My diet isn't bad I just don't do shit. Going to be looking for a bike soon. My knees are fuct so no running.

Nice work!

I decided to make a change about a year and a half ago, BP was creeping up as was my weight. I cut out pop mostly, eat good 5 out of 7 days, started running/walking 2-3 nights a week. I went from 210 ish to 177 at my last doc. appt. BP has went back down as well.

BP has been creeping up lately too. I don't buy regular gasoline very often, but wasn't it back up around 3.80/gallon?

After a broken sternum in August and tearing my shoulder up for the 4th time in September I'm gonna be on the fat guy no more program as soon as I heal. I'm up a good 15 lbs from where I want to be.

Yeah I am currently on an upswing in weight but I just dont have time to care right now. Maybe once some of this house work slows down.

exactly. I let about 25-30lbs pack onto myself lately since I bought my house about 4 months ago. Need to get back on eating better, my biggest problem in the past was going shopping and keeping good food in my house, so Im not temped to get some drive thru on the way home.

I got moved to 3rd shift last week. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna gain weight.... I have been drinking a lot of pop and snacking on unk food.
