good upgrades for a nv4500 for anybody thinking of running one. short throw shifter and cast rear housing.

Most splines, especially ID ones are usually fairly soft. Something less than 35Rc because they are so hard to broach.

Yea kinda weird.I dug all the pieces out of the splines on the outer rcv shaft.the splines on the shaft are fine.

its called all day and night in Canada.im sick of not eating, running out of beer and not having tools on board.a little cooler crammed between me sucks.i was over it after the week wheeling down south. one thing I left out when I built this is a place for storage.this is mounted so I can take it on and off for trips or if I wanna get dumb.

I also put the original muffler on that I bought when I built it 2 years ago.had to do some cutting but got it in there and exhaust goes all the way out the back now.(can mount my skid plate now also.) so eat, drink, listen to the stereo and talk to my co pilot at any time now.
