Default Deformed ATV tires

The tires I ordered for my
buggy project
came in today. I pulled them out of the box and was less than pleased. They were totally mishaped and look like they will be a bitch to mount. I was hoping to maybe mount them myself, but I'm not so sure with these.

Am I over-reacting, or is this the norm? I've gotten plenty of motorcycle tires via the internet and they were always fine.

Its from getting packed in tight when shipping, we get car and truck tires that look the same. They can be challenging to air up but really doesn't effect the tire afterwards.

Any ATV tires I have ever ordered and had shipped (maybe 8-10 sets) have came like that. It's no big deal. You should be able to mount them I have never had an issue.

I worked at an atv and motorcycle tire warehouse for a few years. When they get shipped from china they get messed up a little. They will mount but they will probably suck to get to catch the bead. We used a cheeta bead seater a lot there. You'll prolly need to use ether if you don't have access to a bead seater. Or a shop to do it for you

Its pretty normal. Sometimes airing a tube up inside of the tire and letting it sit for a couple days helps. Also try to get them warm I'm the sun before mounting them.

If you have trouble setting the bead put a ratchet strap around the circumference of the tire and crank it down.

This part. These guys are just trying to be nice to the fat cats at the company because they are all asshole .

Tell who you bought them from to send you a new pristine set and your money back. Its the least you deserve.

Doh! I just realized I ordered the wrong size. If anybody needs a new pair of tars for their ATV let me know. I'll knock 10 bucks off (80-10=70) if anybody wants them, otherwise I'll send them back early next week.

They are Duro Thrasher 20x7-8x 10. I need tires to fit 8" rims.

She was. Then I planted my seed and a 9lb 12oz baby came out. Let's see any of you survive that
