Default Scope mounting experts....

Do any of you know, off the top of your heads, any rifles that have a 9/16 center to center spacing between holes for a scope base?

Trying something dumb here. I have a Remington 552 I want to scope. Yes, its dovetail cut, but the barrel is loose fitting because of how they break down. So, the rear sight removed leaves two screw holes 9/16 apart, that I could fashion a cantilever mount on.

Any suggestions? I can't find any of the major companies that mention the hole patterns of the bases they sell.

I'll be able to check tomorrow as well, but it could help narrow down going through all the bases we have if I get an idea of who uses that spacing.

I'm guessing I'll just have to. One of the most knowledgeable people I know knew I was messing with a Remington just from the question, but couldn't tell me who else used that spacing. I'm going to bet I'm sheeit out of luck.
