Default Parting out Two Toyota short bed 5 speed 22RE 4x4 trucks Both Sold

I have a pair of Toyota trucks that came with some dealings I've done recently. I have not had either for long so I can only share what I know:

The 1991 is the nicest of the two. The body appears to have been restored/repainted at some time in the recent(ish) past. Some small dents and surface rust, but looks good from a few feet away. It runs and drives, and the previous owner drove it from the west side of the state to me last week. The motor supposedly had over $1,000 in machine work done, including all new bearings and rods. It runs great! Now for the bad, everything under it pretty much rattles when driving, and the frame from the cab back is swiss cheese.

Here it is:

The 1990 has been sitting for several years with the trans and t-case in the back of it. It has a 3-4 inch lift and nice wheels with 33's on it. The body is shot. Supposedly the engine has a new head. The frame is better, probably saveable, but still has rust issues.

I am planning to keep the tires from this one. I will put on a set of rollers or mount your own tires, I have my own tire machine. I may consider letting them go as part of a deal as well.

I am looking for metal lathes, mills, bridgeports, various machine shop equipment. I am also looking for a vehicle body rotisserie, a blasting cabinet big enough for an axle housing, a spin tire balancer.

I am very motivated to get rid of these. Why you ask? Because if I don't, I'll build one!

Now parting out. Got to poking around the frame on the red one and it has holes next to the gas tank. It's probably saveable though.

All parts are available. Including ARB front bumper.

Just took the 91 for a 5 mile drive and it runs awesome! It is quite obvious it is a fresh motor, lots of power for a four popper!

I took the hole door it was in good shape. I put one back on minus the window. The trick was getting the door off with the other TOY parked so close.

Nice to know you can take a door from a truck in a parking lot without MCPD noticing :D
